Ringo Vocabulary Game

I tried out a new idea that I saw somewhere, wish I could remember where. It is a combination of Bingo and Wordo with a twist. It is called "Ringo" or that is what I called it. The students traced their hand on a piece of paper. They then wrote one vocabulary word on each finger and the thumb. I then called out the words and if I called out a word that was on their hand they drew a ring on that finger with a crayon(I allowed them to use different color crayons or markers would be fun too). There are several ways to win. I liked playing where you had to have one ring on each finger to win and then the student yelled out "RINGO." Another way to win could be when one finger has 3 rings, etc. My class loved this game.
